I wanted to use it to create something a bit different and as I was bending it around I had the idea for this offset piece. I've had this parcel of beautiful natural sapphires sitting on my bench for a couple of months unsure what to make with them, and as soon as I pulled this stone out I just knew it would be perfect for my vision.
